Key Holder Registration

As an eligible member of Wells City Archers with my own archery equipment, I apply to become a holder of a key for the clubhouse door.

I confirm that on leaving the building I will check:
• All lights are off
• Range heating is off at the wall
• All kitchen heaters are set to frost
• All crockery is washed, dried and put away
• All clipboards, folders, etc are put away
• “Just one thing” has been completed

I confirm I know:
• The emergency procedures for the building
• Location of fire exits
• How to set up my own archery equipment safely
• How to move and set up bosses safely
• How to erect the flag
• The location of the flag and metal detector
• To whom damaged/faulty facilities/equipment must be reported

- I confirm that the payment of the non-refundable contribution to key cutting costs has been paid by BACs to the club account.
- I understand that I have a responsibility to ensure that the key is always held securely.
- I will report any loss of the key to the Secretary as soon as possible and understand that any replacement key that may be issued is entirely at the discretion of the Committee and will be subject to an additional charge.
- I acknowledge that the key remains the property of Wells City Archers and I will return the key promptly to a club official following a request to do so from the Secretary or as a result of ceasing my membership of Wells City Archers.
