Key Fob Holder Registration

In order to be elibible for a key fob, club members are required to:

• be over 18
• have full membership
• have attended and shot at the club with other members for at least four weeks
• have their own equipment
• arrange an orientation session with a club coach or committee member who is satisfied of your competence

On meeting these conditions, a club member can then complete this form and pay £5 for a key fob.

I confirm that on leaving the building I will check:
• All lights are off
• Range heating is off at the wall
• All kitchen heaters are set to frost
• All crockery is washed, dried and put away
• All clipboards, folders, etc are put away
• “Just one thing” has been completed

I confirm I know:
• The emergency procedures for the building
• Location of fire exits
• How to set up my own archery equipment safely
• How to move and set up bosses safely
• How to erect the flag
• The location of the flag and metal detector
• On which outdoor lanes I can shoot and when
• To whom damaged/faulty facilities/equipment must be reported

I confirm I will:
• Follow the rules for the indoor and outdoor range
• Follow the AGB Rules of Shooting

- I confirm that the payment of the non-refundable contribution to key fob costs has been paid by BACs to the club account.
- I understand that I have a responsibility to ensure that the fob is always held securely.
- I will report any loss of the fob to the Secretary as soon as possible and understand that any replacement fob that may be issued is entirely at the discretion of the Committee and will be subject to an additional charge.
- I acknowledge that the fob remains the property of Wells City Archers and I will return the fob promptly to a club official following a request to do so from the Secretary or as a result of ceasing my membership of Wells City Archers.
