If you would like to have a fun session or to try archery before signing up for a beginners course –

here’s your chance.

Wells City Archers is taking part in Start Archery Week which is a national archery initiative.

Sign up for a one-hour taster session – this introduces you to the basics of archery with a bit of scoring and a game or two. 

This is a great way to discover just how much you love archery. 

We have adult sessions on Sunday 10 May and junior sessions on Saturday 16 May.

Please outline any medical or other conditions that you think we should be aware of. (If you do not inform us in advance we may not have the staffing levels or facilities ready for you – so you may not be able to shoot, even if you have booked). This information will be shared only with the coaches delivering the course.
Consent: I consent for Wells City Archers to hold my data
Your data will be kept on file up to and during the course, and for up to one year after the course has completed to comply with our insurance. We do not sell your data, or use it for any form of advertising. Your data will be accessible by the club secretary and the club coaches for the purposes of administration of the course. We may contact you after the course for feedback or membership purposes.
Cancellation policy: I agree to the terms and conditions
If under 18, this must be signed by parent/guardian. A parent/guardian must stay with the junior for the duration of the course.
Price: £15.00

All participants must complete and sign to confirm that:
a. they will pay attention to the safety briefing on the risks involved at the start; in the event that they miss this briefing it is
their responsibility to discuss these issues with an instructor prior to starting their shooting
b. that they accept that these activities are dangerous and can result in death &/or injury; and
c. that they accept the risks involved and are responsible for their own actions &/or involvement.

Cancellation policy:

2 to 14 days cancellation notice: 50% refund 

Less than 48 hours cancellation notice: no refund

Alternatively, a substitute can be named at any time before the course.  Please give us the details prior to the start of the course.

Your data will be held securely during your time on the beginners course and shared only with club secretary/coaches. We may
contact you after the course for feedback purposes or for membership purposes.
